| North Island Snowdrifters (NIS) meets on every second Tuesday at Characters Bar in the La Jolla Marriott (4240 La Jolla Village Dr.) at 6pm in the winter ski months (Oct-May), and on every second Friday at Kate Sessions Park in the summer months (June-Sept). NIS is an all-seasons club with many activities besides skiing. We welcome all ages, skiers, snowboarders and novices. | Membership in Pacific Rim
is open to anyone, regardless of age, race, or sex. While we do not schedule meetings, we do
plan a couple of social activities each year. We offer one or two out-of-the-country trips a year.
